Growing up on the Mornington Peninsula and spending much of my early twenties living abroad has given me a strong sense of adaptability, resourcefulness, and an appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life. Alongside completing a double degree at university, these experiences have shaped my professional approach, combining strong communication skills with a calm, people focused mindset. I take pride in building genuine relationships with guests and clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door. I believe exceptional service comes from creating trust, making people feel comfortable, and always taking the time to listen. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, out-door adventures, and caring for my ever-growing collection of plants. These hobbies allow me to unwind, stay grounded, and maintain a balanced mindset, which naturally carries through into the way I connect with and support others both personally and professionally.
