TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter is Mornington Mazda Pty Ltd trading as Mornington Mazda of 343 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 17 August 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. EligibilityEntry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in Victoria, excluding employees of the Promoter, employees of Mazda Australia Pty Ltd, participating advertising and promotional agencies, contractors directly involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. How to Enter
Eligible entrants may receive entries into the draw by participating in one or more of the following ways during the Promotion Period:
A. Purchase of an eligible Mazda BT-50: Purchase an eligible new, demonstrator or used Mazda BT-50 from Mornington Mazda during the Promotion Period and receive ten (10) entries. A maximum of ten (10) entries will be allocated per eligible BT-50 purchase transaction.
B. Servicing an eligible Mazda BT-50: Have an eligible Mazda BT-50 serviced at Mornington Mazda during the Promotion Period and receive one (1) entry.For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, an eligible service is a genuine service transaction performed by Mornington Mazda in accordance with the applicable service requirements for the vehicle.
C. Free Book and Complete a Test Drive: Eligible entrants may receive one (1) free entry by booking and completing a test drive of a BT-50, new, used or demonstrator during the Promotion Period. Each eligible person may receive a maximum of one (1) free online entry.

5. Entry Allocation
Each valid entry will be allocated a unique entry number.Where an entrant qualifies for multiple entries, each entry will be separately recorded in the Promoter's entry database. Every valid entry has an equal and random chance of being selected in the draw. Entries are not transferable.

6. Exclusions
The following do not qualify for entries:

• cancelled, reversed or refunded vehicle purchases;
• vehicle purchases subsequently rescinded;
• fraudulent or fictitious transactions;
• transactions involving vehicles that are not eligible Mazda BT-50 vehicles;
• service bookings that are cancelled and not completed;
• entries that contain incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information; or
• entries otherwise determined by the Promoter to be invalid or ineligible.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility.

7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is one (1) Jayco CrossTrak caravan with an advertised tow-away value of $30,990. The prize is subject to the manufacturer's specifications, availability and applicable terms. The prize does not include any additional accessories, modifications, insurance, registration, ongoing running costs, accommodation, fuel or other costs unless expressly stated. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash by the winner.If the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and the winner's agreement where required.

8. Draw
The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 7 December 2026 at Mornington Mazda, 343 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.The entrant does not need to be present at the draw.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details supplied with their entry. The winner's name will be published on the Promoter's website for a minimum of 28 days. As the prize value exceeds $1,000, the winner's name will be published in accordance with the requirements applicable to Victorian trade promotion lotteries.

10. Unclaimed Prize / Re-draw
If the Promoter is unable, after reasonable efforts, to identify or contact the winner, a second draw may be conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian requirements. The redraw will take place at Mornington Mazda, 343 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931. The redraw winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and their name will be published in accordance with applicable requirements.

11. Prize Delivery
The prize will be transferred to the winner within 28 days of the draw, subject to the winner satisfying all reasonable requirements necessary to complete the transfer. The winner will not be required to incur a cost to accept the prize other than any trivial cost permitted by law.

12. Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting entrants regarding their entry and conducting the draw. The Promoter may also use entrant information for marketing and promotional purposes where the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. The Promoter will not use entrant information for purposes other than those disclosed in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise permitted by law.

13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process or acts fraudulently. The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility and the conduct of the promotion is final, subject to applicable law. The promotion is conducted as a Victorian trade promotion lottery. No purchase is necessary to obtain a free online entry. The promotion is subject to the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), Gambling Regulations 2026 (Vic) and any other applicable laws.

14. Records
The Promoter will maintain appropriate records relating to entries, the draw and distribution of the prize in accordance with applicable Victorian requirements.

15. Winner Publication
The winner's name will be published on the Mornington Mazda website for a minimum period of 28 days following the draw.
